What’s your Executive Operating Index?

Fifteen questions, about five minutes. You’ll get your score immediately — no email needed to see it.

This measures the four components that determine what a senior leader actually produces: what reaches you, where your attention goes, how decisions clear, and what leaves your desk.

Answer quickly. Your first instinct is more accurate than a considered answer here.

Optional · 5 questions

Before your breakdown — five optional questions.

These feed an ongoing study of how senior leaders actually operate. They’re genuinely optional, and your breakdown is one click away either way.

Reference figures are directional, drawn from executive operating research in progress. They’ll be replaced with real medians as the dataset grows.

One honest caveat

This measures what you believe about your operating system. That’s a real signal — but it’s self-report, and the gap between perception and actual calendar data typically runs 15 to 25 points.

That isn’t a failure of honesty. Almost nobody has an accurate model of where their own week goes, because nobody is ever shown the data.

A 30-minute session, free while I’m building this. No pitch — I’ll walk you through what your scores suggest and what I’d look at first.
